New name, same GMP service: Expert Leasing becomes Onsite Execution

For 20 years gempex has been offering external support at the customer's site with its division "Expert Leasing". The tasks are diverse and range from classic qualification activities to CAPA measures and method transfer. This area is now called "Onsite Execution". Apart from the name, however, nothing will change for customers. Qualified and continuously trained gempex employees ensure ongoing production and product quality by maintaining GMP compliance.

The idea for the renaming came in the context of strategic planning for the further expansion of this division. Responsible manager Thomas Raaf explains: "It often happens that we are mistaken for a personnel service provider because of the term leasing, but we are not. In addition to our consulting services, we also offer our customers permanent onsite support. Here, our younger employees are often deployed, whereby they only go to the customer once they have acquired basic GMP know-how in theory and practice. And in the case of particularly tricky issues, our experienced GMP experts with their comprehensive GMP knowledge can provide the necessary support at any time. High-level consulting is therefore practically on top for our customers!"

But the internal appeal of the former Expert Leasing designation should not be underestimated either. "We don't want to give anyone in the team the feeling of being a personnel number. The development and wishes of each individual employee are very important to us," says Thomas Raaf. "The name Onsite Execution is now self-explanatory: we offer qualified support at the customer's site."
