gempex Awards Scholarships to Students of the Mannheim University

For many years gempex has been closely associated with the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences and is involved not only as a member of the Friends of the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences e.V., but also by regularly awarding scholarships to students in the biotechnology department.

In this winter semester 2021/2022, the choice fell on two students of the Master's program in the 3rd semester, Melissa Geng and Franziska Seul, who will be sponsored by gempex due to their outstanding performance so far.
gempex congratulates very warmly!

However, the gempex scholarship is not only aimed at students with above-average performance, but also offers applicants with average exam results a realistic chance of receiving a scholarship worth 1,000 euros. This is because the selection of students, which is made by the medium-sized companies on their own, also includes practical experience in the decision-making process.

For gempex, the continuous support of students at the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences not only has something to do with the location, but also underlines the solidarity of the GMP consulting company with the university, from which, after completing their studies, first-class graduates repeatedly find their way to gempex and thus into the GMP world.

With its gempex Academy, the GMP service provider has created a perfect introduction to the Good Manufacturing Practices of the life sciences industry for university graduates. A training program tailored to each individual's needs, a personal mentor who is on hand during onboarding and beyond for a year, as well as rapid involvement in customer projects make the entry into pharmaceutical quality assurance a well-rounded experience and open many doors within the entire life sciences industry. The projects are varied, the insights behind the scenes of the big players are highly interesting, and the personal learning curve is extremely steepening. Experienced consultants accompany during the initial projects, actively impart knowledge and provide appropriate answers to any questions.

But gempex is not only looking for biotechnology graduates. Pharmaceutical engineers, process engineers and other graduates of an engineering or scientific course of study with a technical background and interest in technology are always invited to find out more about gempex as an employer and the open positions!

Those who would like to meet gempex in person can do so on Oct. 21, 2021 at btS ScieCon, the digital career fair for the life sciences industry. gempex will be available for many one-on-one interviews and will also give a presentation on the job description of a GMP expert and details on how to join the company (German language). After  free registration, a timeslot can be booked for a 1:1 chat with a gempex employee.
