gempex will once again be presenting itself as a potential employer to students at Mannheim University of Applied Sciences as part of the CareerStation career fair in May 2025. The fair offers a wide range of job opportunities and entry into a working world with a future: GMP, as a consultant in the pharmaceutical, biotech or chemical industries.
gempex has been associated with Mannheim University of Applied Sciences for many years as a member of the Friends of Mannheim University of Applied Sciences and as a sponsor of scholarships as part of the “Mannheimer Model Mittelstandsstipendien”.
Young engineering graduates can enter into direct dialog with companies at the fair. What does gempex offer graduates? What does work-life balance look like at gempex? What do young professionals want? This exchange is important for companies and career starters in order to set the course for a good working environment at an early stage.
gempex offers good graduates the opportunity to start their career through an intensive training program in advance and projects at customer sites, in the technical office in Mannheim or even mobile from home. GMP compliance for customers in the life science industry is the goal of all gempex projects. A broad customer base and more than 100 new projects every year create a varied working environment and enable early independence in daily tasks.
